What is Incoloy?

Incoloy is an alloy of nickel, iron and chromium. It resists carburization and oxidation due to exposure in high temperature. It also exhibits good strength. It also resists chloride stress-corrosion cracking because of the presence of nickel. In annealed conditions, it shows great creep and rupture resistance. Nickel also helps resist nitriding atmospheres. It can be easily welded using common welding methods.

Ball vales are made in types : two way and three way. The maximum working pressure is 6000 PSI ( 400 Bar ) at 20-250 degree Celsius. For higher pressure, upto 10,000 PSI ( 700 Bar ) consumers must go for High pressure Stainless Steel Ball Valves.
